Edita Food Industries S.A.E ("Edita") announces that it has commenced arbitration proceedings at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration ("CRCICA") in relation to the dispute between Edita and Chipita Group with regards to the termination of the Manufacturing and Technical Assistance Agreement dated 29 April 2011 and its Amendment dated 15 May 2013, by virtue of the Board of Directors' decision dated 30 July 2019, delegating the Chairman and Managing Director of Edita to take the necessary legal procedures in this respect.
