Edita Food Industries S.A.E. announces the signing of a joint venture agreement with Dislog Group in Morocco for the establishment of a snack food production facility in Morocco. Dislog is a fully integrated distribution company in the Moroccan FMCG market. The joint venture agreement was executed on March 13, 2018 by Eng. Hani Berzi representing Edita Participation Limited, the subsidiary and international investment arm of Edita Food Industries S.A.E. The parties had signed a memorandum of understanding that was announced by Edita in December 2017.
This agreement reinforces Edita's regional expansion strategy and further consolidates its position as a leading company in the packaged snack food market.
