Edita Food Industries Enters Memorandum of Understanding With Dislog Group for Establishment of Joint Venture in the Kingdom of Morocco

Edita Food Industries has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Morocco's Dislog Group for establishment of "Edita Food Industries - Morocco", for manufacture and distribution of Edita's products in Morocco.
It is agreed that Edita will hold a majority stake of 51% in the joint venture with Dislog Group, which is a leading private distribution company of main FMCGs in Morocco, with an estimated initial investment of around USD $10,000,000.
This MoU reinforces Edita's regional expansion strategy and further consolidates its position as a leading company in the packaged snack food market.
